When you sign up for hosting, you will also be given a special support phone number for when you need to talk directly to a support specialist.

We pride ourselves on personal, prompt service -- when you call or e-mail there will either be someone to help you immediately, or a support specialist will return your call or e-mail as soon as possible.

At Encanta Hosting, we're not just selling Web hosting.

What we offer is quality service and support, and what that means is we'll manage your hosting for you.

We can set up your Web site for you, load your files, set up simple scripts, set up e-mail forwards and aliases and password protect a directory. All this is included in your hosting package.

We can even update your site's content for you, and set up shopping carts or other complex scripts for a reasonable maintenance & update fee. Contact us and let us know, and we'll get back to you with our rates for these services.

Need an entire Web site designed? We can do that too -- just contact us and tell us what you need, what your budget is, and on what kind of timeline you need the work done and we'll create a custom proposal and estimate for you right away.
