How We Bill

You may choose monthly or yearly billing when you sign up for hosting. If you would like another billing term, such as quarterly or twice a year, please contact us and we'll set that up for you.

Please note that your package renewal date is the date you placed your order. Your credit card will be charged or your account debited on that date each month.

Encanta accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and electronic checks and transfers through PayPal, and International Money Orders, Money Orders, and paper checks through the mail.

You can pay your invoices in the following way:

Automatic Renewal - The default method of paying your hosting bill is through PayPal, which allows you to use:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• American Express
• Electronic checks and transfers

Your account will then be automatically billed each billing period, like a subscription.

Manual Credit Card Payments - If you would like to pay each billing period by manually entering your info each time, contact us and we'll set that up for you in your billing area.

Mail in Payments - If you would like to pay by check, money order, or international money order, mail your payment to: Encanta Design, PO Box 17070, Jersey City, NJ 07307.

Billing Problems

Credit Card Disputes - Please contact us first if there is a dispute. We will most likely be able to more easily straighten out any problems more quickly and easily than if you go through your credit card company.

Credit Card Denials/Expirations - If an attempt to charge your credit card has been unsuccessful, we will contact you so you can provide us with another credit card, or make a manual payment via some other means. Be aware that if you do not take action within a certain period of time your account could be in jeopardy.

Bounced Checks - Bounced checks will be assessed a $25.00 bounced check fee, which will be added to the account balance. If it is not paid by the end of the month, the account will be terminated.
